Chapter 01
Damage you might not see from the driveway
Hail bruises shingles, strips granules, and cracks the mat underneath in ways that often aren't obvious from the ground. The roof can look fine at a glance while water works its way in over time.
Northwest Arkansas sees its share of damaging hail most storm seasons, and we've inspected roofs after plenty of it. The signs are specific: dark, soft spots or bruising on shingles, granules piling up in gutters or downspouts after a storm, and cracked or split shingles with the underlayment showing.
Dented gutters, downspouts, or vent covers are worth a close look too. They usually mean the roof took the same hit.

What we document, and what it is checked against
The assessment is free. We bring the equipment to inspect and document the damaged materials safely, then pull weather data to validate that the damage has a weather-related cause. The findings go into a report with photos and video, along with a game plan for repair options.
That report is the point. When a claim is legitimate, you are not arguing from memory about what a storm did. You are showing what was found, where, and when the weather says it happened.
Chapter 03
Repair or replacement, and the claim window
Depending on the extent of the damage, the answer is either repairing individual shingles or moving to a full replacement. We tell you which one the roof actually needs. If the damage isn't there, or isn't worth a claim, we'll say so.
In Arkansas you have two years from the original loss date to file. After that the option is gone. You also don't have to wait out a first year in a new house: you can file at the first viable storm event, regardless of when you closed.
