What we do when we climb up
Our complimentary evaluation is always free, whether it is routine upkeep, a leak you have been putting off, or damage after a storm. We bring all the equipment to inspect safely and document every damaged building material.
We pull weather data to document and validate weather-related causes of damage, decide on a reasonable repair that meets building codes and industry standards, and write it up as a detailed report with photos and video.

Five places on the checklist
Shingle condition: cracking, curling, granule loss, wind or hail damage. Flashing at valleys, walls, chimneys and skylights. Vent and pipe boots for cracking or separation. Attic ventilation and any sign of moisture or heat damage. Gutters and downspouts for proper drainage.
These are the places roofs actually fail. Most are not visible from the driveway, which is why the report comes with photos of the roof itself.
Chapter 03
An honest verdict, even when it costs us the job
We will give you a straight answer, including "you don't need anything right now." If your roof has three to five years left and you are not selling, we tell you, and we tell you when to start planning. We do not push insurance claims that the roof does not justify.
When there is legitimate storm damage, we walk you through filing the claim. Remember the clock: in Arkansas you have two years from the original loss date. And the myth that a new homeowner must wait a year is wrong: you can file at the first viable storm, whenever you closed.
