Storm Damage Restoration in Northwest Arkansas
Emergency tarping, repairs, and full roof replacement from a Lowell crew that documents what the storm did before anyone talks about a claim.
What wind, rain, hail, lightning, and tornadoes do to a roof
These storms can strike at any time of the year, and roofs tend to take the worst of it. Shingles, flashing, and other critical parts of the roof get damaged, which leads to leaks and structural issues. Roofs across Benton County and Washington County have been through damaging hail, wind, and storms over the past several years, and our crew has seen it all.
Some of it goes unnoticed by the untrained eye, and that is how a small problem turns into harm to vital parts of your home. If you have even the smallest suspicion that your house could be damaged, we’ll inspect the roof for signs of damage and recommend the repairs needed to prevent future issues.
We’re a local Northwest Arkansas roofing company, not storm chasers from out of town. The office is in Lowell, and you can reach us at (479) 308-5763.
Four ways we work a storm-damaged roof

Hail
Hail Damage Roof Repair
Bruised, cracked, and granule-stripped shingles, assessed and repaired or replaced. The damage is often invisible from the driveway, so we circle it, photograph it, and put it in the report.

Wind
Wind Damage Roof Repair
Lifted, torn, or missing shingles and flashing from high wind, fixed before the next storm gets in.

Tarping
Emergency Roof Tarping
Fast, temporary protection to stop water intrusion right after damage happens, day or night.
Adjuster
Insurance Adjuster Meeting Support
We meet your adjuster on-site with our own findings, so nothing gets missed in their review. Documentation, guidance, and honest advice run through the entire claim process; the steps are laid out on our insurance claim assistance page.

A word about deductibles
On insurance claims, we’ll arm you with all the information you need to get what you deserve. We’ll assist you in filing your claim and make sure all necessary documentation gets to your insurance company.
“You may have heard from a neighbor, a friend, or even another contractor that you could get your deductible ‘waived.’ In short, we could do that too, but that would mean committing insurance fraud, and we wouldn’t ask our customers to participate in that.”
We also don’t push unnecessary claims. If our honest assessment says the roof doesn’t need replacing, we’ll tell you, and we’ll tell you when to start planning for it.
