About Midcon Exteriors
Midcon Exteriors started in 2018 and works out of Lowell, Arkansas, with a second office in Gentry. We roof and gutter homes across Benton and Washington Counties, from Bella Vista to Fayetteville.
We put the work in front of you. Every free inspection ends with a photo and video report, and every roof replacement gives the customer access to a digital photo link documenting the installation as it goes.

How we train, and how we protect your property
Trained to the code
Every sales rep, site supervisor and installer is trained on current building codes from the International Code Council. Each customer is assigned an experienced site supervisor with the technical expertise to check the installation and the clean-up.
Training is ongoing. It covers our customer experience goals, product knowledge, installation standards, project management and the manufacturer’s installation instructions, so the roof system qualifies for warranty coverage. We teach it through our own in-house curriculum and with industry experts.
Netting, tarps and magnets
On site, supervisors make sure protective netting and coverings are in place and that customers have a safe way in and out of their homes. A netting system and tarping catch most of the debris and nails.
Clean-up finishes with rolling magnets that pick up the nails you cannot see, often ones pulled out of the original construction. We check for wood, nails and metal before, during and after installation, for the sake of customers, pets and small children.
