Chapter 01
Stopping the water comes first
When a tree limb comes through the roof, shingles tear off in high wind, or a storm leaves a hole that's actively letting water in, the priority is stopping the damage from spreading before repairs can be scheduled.
We tarp the affected area to protect your home in the meantime. It is the same first step that is part of our full storm damage restoration process, and it is temporary protection, not the permanent fix.

What happens once the roof is covered
Once the immediate risk is covered, we assess the damage. That means documenting what we find, checking it against the weather data, and laying out what the permanent repair or replacement needs to be.
If the damage qualifies, we help with filing the insurance claim for that permanent repair or replacement.

Before you call
Emergency tarping is offered day or night. If you can do so safely from inside, keep an eye on where water is entering, and take photos of the damage and any fallen limbs. Do not climb onto a storm-damaged roof yourself.
