HOA & Property Managers

HOA & Multi-Property Storm Restoration

Bulk damage assessment, board-ready documentation and phased scheduling across every affected roof.

Chapter 01

A different job than one homeowner's roof

When hail or wind moves through a community or a multi-property portfolio, the problem is not one roof. It is dozens, all at once, all needing to go through the same board, the same insurance carrier or the same management company. That takes bulk scheduling, consolidated documentation and a contractor who talks to your board or property manager directly instead of fielding a different call from every address.

We already work this way with the Bella Vista POA, one of the largest property owners' associations in Northwest Arkansas, and we bring the same coordinated approach to any HOA, POA or property management portfolio across the region.

What the assessment and the board report cover

One inspection team walks every affected roof across the community or portfolio and documents the damage property by property, so nothing gets missed and nothing gets double-billed. The inspection itself is the same one we run for any homeowner: we pull the weather data, document and validate the weather-related cause of the damage, and work out a reasonable method of repair that meets building code and accepted industry standards.

The result is a single consolidated report with photos, weather data and per-property findings, built for HOA board approval and insurance review. It replaces a stack of disconnected homeowner reports with one document a board can vote on and a carrier can read.

Chapter 03

Phased work, one contact, and the same claim help

Storm restoration across a whole community happens in coordinated phases, not whoever calls first. We work with your management team to sequence the roofs so the disruption to residents stays as small as the job allows. Your property manager or board liaison deals with one Midcon contact for the entire project, not separate calls from crews at each address.

Every property still gets the same storm damage restoration and insurance claim assistance we give individual homeowners. The clock matters at this scale: in Arkansas you have two years from the original loss date to file a claim, and after that the option is gone. License and insurance documents come with every proposal, so your board has them in hand before it votes.

Looking for ongoing upkeep instead of storm response? The annual maintenance program covers that.

Midcon Exteriors, Lowell, AR. Arkansas contractor license 0375410427, $2M general liability and $1M workers comp, documents included with every proposal. Tell us about your community or portfolio and we will set up a walkthrough with your board or management team. Call (479) 308-5763.

Where a board or property manager goes next

Both programs are laid out on the property managers and HOAs page, with one Midcon point of contact either way.
