STORM DAMAGE · ADJUSTER
Insurance Adjuster Meeting Support in Northwest Arkansas
We meet your adjuster on-site with our own findings so nothing gets missed in the review of your claim.
Chapter 01
We meet the adjuster, so nothing gets missed
Once a claim is filed, your insurance company sends an adjuster to validate the damage to your property. Adjusters are on your side, but they often move quickly through a lot of properties and can miss claim-worthy damage that isn't obvious from a quick walk of the roof.
We meet the adjuster on-site and share our own pre-inspection findings and recommended repair scope, so you get full consideration for everything that was actually damaged, not just what's easy to spot.

What we bring to the roof
Our findings come from the free damage assessment we do before the claim is filed: photos and video, weather data validating the cause of damage, and a reasonable method of repair in line with building codes and acceptable industry standards.
That gives the adjuster a documented starting point instead of a disagreement. It follows directly from the damage assessment and claim filing we help with earlier in the process.
Chapter 03
What we will and won't do
We don't push unnecessary claims, and we inspect honestly. If we don't think a claim is justified, we'll tell you before anyone meets an adjuster.
We also won't waive your deductible. We could say we would, but that would mean committing insurance fraud, and we wouldn't ask our customers to take part in that.
Being there costs nothing extra. If an adjuster meeting is scheduled, let us be there with you to help make sure the scope is right.
